The CTC-Industrial Museum of Hermoupolis operates under the supervision of the Mayor of Hermoupolis Yiannis Dekavallas and the Museums Committee of the Syros Organisation for Culture and Sports.
The members of the Museum Scientific Committee are:

- Michael G. Pateras, Economist
- Angeliki Psilopoulou, Archaeologist, Head of the State General Archives – Archives of the Cyclades Prefecture
